Please include all supporting documents, including all of the artwork
imported into your file. Include a copy of all typefaces used,
including those used in the EPS files. You must include all screen and

Save layouts created in Illustrator or Freehand as an EPS.
Photoshop files as EPS files without dcs separations or TIFF files
without compression -- not RGB.
Do not use PICTS or JPEGS.
