"More than any organization I have been connected to, I am regularly reminded of GISC’s commitment not just to providing professional and personal development, but to changing peoples lives, and to making the world a better place."

Stuart Simon
GISC Faculty Member

From The World Bank to PBS to Analog Devices, Carrison has provided
his clients with the kind of perceptive partnering each needs to be sure of next
steps. His first corporate job was as National Director of PR for Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey Circus. Representing performers gave him on-the-job experience in working with powerful ambition—a required trait for the person balancing on a tightrope 40-feet above a cement floor and being watched by thousands. In the 80s, he worked in the creative crucible of Win/Win business, creating programs and delivering coaching along with philosophical leaders Marilyn Ferguson and Marshall Thurber.

He continued living leading-edge cultural change by melding experiential education
to psychological assessment at his executive retreat in South Carolina. That work
led to his involvement in the assessment/ coaching revolution that is at the center
of learning in organizations today. Perry earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and Godard College (VT) and did graduate work at Catholic University in Washington, DC as well as continuous education programs at the Gestalt International Study Center.
