Prior to Rockland Trust, Michael held global strategic organizational development positions in a variety of industries and settings. Michael’s expertise is in growing a strategically aligned talent development function and introducing results-oriented human capital strategies to mid-sized and large companies.

Michael serves on the MBA board of advisors for the New England College of Business. He is the co-founder and past president of the Hanover, Massachusetts chapter of Toastmasters International. Michael earned a MSc degree in Business Management from Lesley University, a BA in History from Appalachian State University. He is honored be a GISC Professional Associate, member of the faculty and holds the designation of Advance Practice in Organizational Development Consulting from the Gestalt International Study Center.
